Do I need to provide my own photos and videos?+

All packages include content creation — editing, graphics, captions, and scheduling. The only question is who captures the raw assets. You can provide your own photos and video, or for Austin-area clients, on-location content capture is available as an add-on starting at $200 per session.

How do revisions work?+

Deeply Rooted and In Bloom include 2 rounds of revisions per content batch. Cult Favorite includes 3 rounds. Revisions are per monthly delivery — not per individual post. Additional rounds are available at $75/hr.

What platforms do you work with?+

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, and LinkedIn. The number of platforms depends on your package — Deeply Rooted covers 1, In Bloom covers 2, and Cult Favorite covers 3. Additional platforms can be added to any package for $150/mo.

How long does onboarding take?+

Onboarding typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. We start with a call to align on your brand voice, goals, and content direction. In Bloom and Cult Favorite also include a social media audit before content begins, so we understand exactly where you are before we start building.

Is there a contract?+

Yes — all retainer packages require a signed contract and scope of work before we begin. This protects both of us and makes sure we're fully aligned on deliverables, timelines, and expectations. À la carte services are covered by a simple project agreement.

Do you require a minimum commitment?+

Packages are month-to-month — no long-term commitment required. That said, social media takes time to build momentum, and most clients see meaningful results after 3 months of consistent strategy. I'd recommend giving it at least that long to see what's possible.

Can I switch packages?+

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade with 30 days' notice. A lot of clients start with Deeply Rooted to get comfortable and move up from there — that's completely normal and encouraged.

What's the difference between à la carte and a package?+

À la carte services are one-off projects — great for a specific need or for testing the waters before committing to a retainer. Packages are ongoing monthly retainers that include a full suite of services at a better overall value. Most clients find that once they experience consistent strategy, they don't want to go back to one-offs.
